Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Hi, I’m Ninna — a local host and proud mom of twin girls. I’ve lived in the area for over 14 years and truly love everything Geneva and St. Charles have to offer. From riverfront trails to amazing restaurants and family-friendly parks, this community has so much to enjoy — and I love sharing those experiences with guests.
